Through donations, from both individuals and companies, to entities like ours, which are dedicated to activities of recognized artistic value, it is possible to create a unique social impact and strengthen community bonds.

This is a shared support system: patrons contribute directly with their donation, while the State supports indirectly, by waiving a portion of its tax revenue to grant tax benefits to those who support culture. For projects like those of Clave de Sul, patronage means diversifying funding sources and greater sustainability. For our patrons, beyond the invaluable contribution to culture, it represents a concrete tax advantage, as defined in the Tax Benefits Statute.

Depending on whether the patron is an individual or a company, the tax benefits materialize in different ways:

• For companies (subject to IRC), donations are considered as business costs.
• For individuals (subject to IRS), donations are deducted from the tax collection.
